The Caledonia Aquatic Center will open for the season on Monday, June 15 at 6:00 p.m. The pool will be open until 10 p.m., and admission will be free the first night. For opening night we request that children 9 and older attend after 7:30 p.m. to give the younger swimmers an opportunity to use the pool due to capacity restrictions.

The capacity of the pool will be 146 people based on Governor Walz’s executive order. Based on last year’s numbers, there may be some times in the afternoons when the pool capacity is reached. When reached, we will let people in as others leave.

Swimming lessons will start on June 22. There will be three sessions of lessons:  June 22 – July 3, July 6 – July 17, and July 20 – July 31.

Due to limited availability, lessons will be limited to youth living in the Caledonia School District unless there are extra slots. Parents will be required to sign a waiver of liability for their children in order to sign up for lessons.
