In October during the Wild Turkey Fest Celebration, and again in December during Winter Wonderland, Caledonia hosts a fun hot air balloon rally. Balloons launch at least three times during the weekend (weather-permitting). Balloon rides are available for purchase, as well as awarded via a raffle drawing that is usually selected in October.
