The City of Caledonia, Minnesota is soliciting proposals from qualified developers, nonprofit organizations, or other entities for the purchase and development of a City-owned residential property. The City of Caledonia owns a 12 acre parcel commonly known as “Doering Estates Phase II” which is vacant, undeveloped land near the Caledonia High/Middle School. The City is currently constructing the N Warrior Ave Extension to access Highway 76 and N Warrior will abut the available property. The City seeks development proposals that generate meaningful public benefit in addition to creating productive tax-generating use. Proposals are due November 13th, 2026 at 4:30PM.
